Making Your Date-Specific Reservations
- You’ll need to make an advance reservation before each time you visit the park this summer.
- Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
- If you’re unable to keep your reservation or need any assistance in making a reservation, contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (585-323-1900).
- Look up your passport using your last name and Visual ID, which can be found in the original order confirmation email or on your passport card.
- Select a date and add one to your cart (you can only reserve one visit per day per passport).
- On the Account Login page, if you don’t already have an account, you can create one, or continue as a guest.
- Fill in your information on the checkout page and submit your order. You will not need a credit card.
- Your ticket will be sent to the email address provided. Remember to bring this ticket to the park on the day of your visit.
VERY IMPORTANT! Making a reservation for an additional passport holder:
- To immediately reserve a visit for a DIFFERENT passport, CLICK THE LINK ABOVE AGAIN. This will open a new tab and ask for that person’s last name and Visual ID.

Ready to Buy Your Passports?
- Renewals can be done online for the same passport type. If you’ll be changing to a Senior Passport for example, you’ll need to purchase a new passport.
