All online rates are the same as last year - no price increases!
General Instructions:
- Click on the Buy Passes Online link to begin.
- Select the items you want and then proceed to Checkout.
- Open an account if you’d like – it’ll speed up the process for future visits.
- Complete the billing and credit card information. Most major credit cards are accepted.
- Upon completion of your order, we send an Order Confirmation to the email address provided. It should only take a few moments.
- Your tickets will be attached to the email as Adobe Acrobat files (PDF)s.
- Simply print out the files and redeem them at the park’s admission gates.
- It’s secure, quick and easy!
New Online Passport Purchases:
- With this purchase, you will print out a Passport voucher.
- Present the voucher at the Express Lanes on your first visit.
- You'll be directed to the Locker Building to have your picture taken and to receive your Photo ID card.
- At the end of the season, be sure to save your Photo ID cards - they can be reactivated for next year!
Online Passport Renewals:
- Only Passports from last year (2009) can be renewed online. For older passports, buy them as a New Passport (above).
- To renew a 2009 Passport, click on the Renew Passports link.
- Enter the number located on the front of your 2009 Photo ID card. If you do not have your old card, call the park at (585) 323-1900 to get your number.
- Click on Renew Another Pass for additional passports.
- Be sure to update your passport information, e.g. name and mailing address, during or after your renewal.
- You will print out a Passport voucher. Present the voucher at the Express Lanes on your first visit. You'll be directed to the Locker Building to receive your Photo ID card.
- At the end of the season, be sure to save your Photo ID cards - they can be reactivated for next year!
Additional Information:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to download your tickets. For a free copy of this software, click on the link below.
- You must have a valid email address to get your Order Confirmation and tickets.
- You may need to add orders@seabreeze.com to your trusted senders list to prevent the email from being blocked by your spam filters.
