General Instructions

  • Click on your choice of ticket options above in red to begin.
  • Select the items you want and then proceed to Checkout.
  • Open an account if you'd like – it'll speed up the process for future visits.
  • Complete the billing and credit card information. Most major credit cards are accepted.
  • Pre-paid credit cards are not accepted, due to address verification.
  • Upon completion of your order, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. It should only take a few moments.
  • Your tickets will be attached to the email as Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf).
  • Simply print out the files and redeem them at the park's admission gates.
  • You may be required to show ID when entering the park with pre-paid tickets.
  • It's secure, quick and easy!

New Online Passport Purchases

  • With this purchase, you will print out a Passport voucher.
  • Present the voucher at the Express Lanes on your first visit.
  • You'll be directed to the Locker Building to have your picture taken and to receive your Photo ID card.
  • At the end of the season, be sure to save your Photo ID cards  they can be reactivated for next year!

Online Passport Renewals

  • Only Passports from last year (2014) can be renewed online. For older passports, buy them as a New Passport (above).
  • To renew a 2014 Passport, click on the Renew Passports link.
  • Enter the number located on the front of your 2014 Photo ID card. If you do not have your old card, call the park at (585) 323-1900 to get your number.
  • Click on Renew Another Pass for additional passports.
  • Be sure to update your passport information, e.g. name and mailing address, during or after your renewal.
  • At the end of the season, be sure to save your Photo ID cards  they can be reactivated for next year!

Renewals to the Same Pass Type (e.g. Under 48" Passport to Under 48" Passport)

  • Your current Photo ID card will be reactivated for use this coming season.

Renewals to a Different Pass Type (e.g. Under 48" Passport switched to a Seabreeze Passport)

  • A new Photo ID card will be mailed to the physical address you provided, using your photo from last year.

Additional Information

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to download your tickets. For a free copy of this software, click here.
  • You must provide a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and tickets.
  • You may need to add orders@seabreeze.com to your trusted senders list to prevent the email from being blocked by your spam filters.
  • If you experience problems with your online order, please email us, or call the park office at 585-323-1900, or toll free in NY at 1-800-395-2500. You will be asked to provide your valid Order ID number.
